also, engine is not "seized" it does turn backwards and then forward.
the block has a crack/hole on the top, probably the rod the broke.

Would be nice to have something more modern but unfortunately it does me no good in none running state. You might be better off throwing in another engine that way you dont loose out on so much money.

yeah if i still have it spring i am gonna throw an engine in and adjust price for that. Make offer......I also have a engine or 2 located 100-200 bucks for the motors, but i just have no time and its cold and the snow etc.
so for right now, it will need an engine

BUMP before i clean it up, detail, take more pictures, and list on craigs. still not going to put the engine in yet......

check miles from me. 1050 give or take. would work out to 3k because I would do the motor and drive it home.

my truck gets at best 15-17 towing. the outback is a little heaver then a legacy. drving out with a block in one of my cars would be cheaper.

25 mpg by 3k is a lot of gas. gas works out to about $425. which would still be fair. but the drive and the co-driver plus engine swap.

I am looking for a wagon, but have to pass. And I was thinking hard about it. could visit a friend who's sick out your way. Ill is close right. near st. louis by chance.

if I could work it out I would be out there in a minute.
