I got a good EA81 (minus the carb) and a good lookin '78 wagon sitting at my house taking up valuable garage space.
Original plans were to put the EA81 in the '78 and a weber carb. The EA81 came from my '84 hatchback, so it has Hydro lifters. Motor ran great, thats the reason i kept it when everything else went to the scrap yard.
The '78 is near mint. Body is primered. Hood & fenders have been rattlecanned by the previous owner (but look great). I had thought of doing a complete paintjob, black wagon with tint windows. Prev owner did all the body prep including killing all the cancer that started. Also removed the roof rack and filled the holes on the roof.
There's still a small part of me that wants to put this car together. It would look sweet, and drive sweeter. However, I have the truck that needs my attention and I still have to get my Legacy back together and running.
If there is any interest, let me know and we can talk about pricing. Currently, the '78 isnt running. I suspect a fuel delivery problem, could also be spark but I haven't even had the time to narrow that down :(
