FS: 1984 GL Brat $4950.

Watch this thread for pics as I post them. Car is pretty original other than the previous owner changed the exhaust system. Car has just over 116K miles on the odometer and has been in garage storage for the past two plus years since I bought it. Car started right up today and passed emissions without any problems and tabs will be renewed for another year next week. After today's test, emissions testing will no longer be required in Washington state since the car will be older than 25 years the next time it is due for testing in 2010.

Interior is clean, dash cover is not cracked, seats are as perfect as you can find nowadays. Car has the original rear seats and carpeting. I have tarpaulin cover for the rear but it will need to be stretched to fit properly. Correction: see later post....tarp will not be sold with this.

Correction, the tarp will not fit properly. This brat doesn't have the snap fittings around the aluminum trim. I'll sell the tarp separately.

Fight like hell and you'll get more than you expect. I got $1900 for a rusted out '87 GL with 175,000 miles on it.

I didn't want to sell it, but the Brat deserves to be garaged on a regular basis and I really need the space in the garage. Sooner or later the Brat will sell; just isn't a good time now unless I play the "great mileage" card. But I'd really prefer selling it to someone who will appreciate it for what it is and the fact that every day that passes means there's one less Brat in the world.
