Ill start by saying that this car needs a lot of attention to make it worthy of a daily beater. The head gasket is leaking, but the car comes with a spare EJ22 to throw in. The interior is dirty, with the exception of really nice Legacy GT front seats from a 99 or so. The bumper covers are missing, front and rear, and there is a snorkel installed http://www.longislandsubaruclub.com/forums/images/smilies/lol.gif. The car has been rhino lined on the exterior from the belt line down. I figured I'd throw this up on here, but not sure if there would be any interest.

1997 Legacy Outback Wagon
2.5L (comes with EJ22 to swap in)
Automatic Trans
ABS (NF)
Needs Tires, as these are mismatched.
Newer Radiator
New Front Brakes
New Right Ball Joint
(Duct Taped Airbox http://www.longislandsubaruclub.com/forums/images/smilies/lol.gif was removed and an HKS style foam filter is in its place)

if you take the thermostat out and replace the gasket it should go as far as you care to go. would not use the a/c but yea it will drive.

using a 98 legacy wagon. nyc to albany and back several times. oh and I drive it like i stole it!
