87 EA82 GL Wagon MT 4WD on demand, 4" lift 15" wheels

ok so I need some $ for some of my other projects and hopefully a newer subie soon so I need to let this thing go. I am posting it up on craigslist for $1k OBO but shoot me some offers, really need it sold asap...heres the info...

The Good
87gl wagon, dual range on demand 4WD MT
4" Allied lift
15" Peugot rims sprayed flat black with newer cheapo wal-mart AT tires
Cut fenders
Optima redtop
pass side CV replaced
4 wheel disk brake conversion
cheapo roof basket/net/4lights(think they need a new fuse or something)
Recent tuneup and replaced all valve cover seals
All new exhaust system headers back
Tagged and inspected TX

The Bad
Needs drivers CV...still runs and drives in FWD
Still leaks some oil but not from the valve covers :-p not bad though
Carb could use some adjustment
Rotors could use a turning but when I did the conversion all 4 were replaced as well as pads so shouldn't be a problem
Could use a new brake booster or a bleeding I believe, brakes kind of squishy.
Dent in drivers quarter but its not meant to be a pretty wagon :-p

Thinking.... kinda got my heart set on a later Leg wagon... but... the lift already done is swaying me. :)

What size cheapo tires is it currently sporting?

Would it run back to FL?

Where is the oil leak coming from if not the valve covers?

the tires are 27.5"s, will try and get some more pictures but my camera is broken at the moment :(. it would make it anywhere...on a trailer :-p. haha seriously though the drivers outter cv joint is busted...I have a parts wagon that you could pull one from if you were so inclined but more dirty work in this texas heat than I want to do in the grass(used to work at a dealership so was easy to mess with when I had a rack and an air supply) It will drive and you could take it around the block to feel the brakes and everything but wouldn't reccomend any further in case the axle choses to drop out...ive heard it is possible to just take the fronts out and run in 4wd making it rwd but I personally wouldn't want to do the work in my yard (with the lift on it everythings stretched so its alot of muscle work and im only 160lbs and pretty scrawny so I had to always get one of the other techs to help me) anyways, let me know, would sell it for the first $800 I can get

I definitely dont need this... as my heart is still set on a 96-99 OBW... but I'll keep playing, to see if I can be convinced otherwise. :)

Rehashing the questions from earlier:

Where is the oil leak coming from if not from the valve covers?

Average MPG?

And... if the front CV was good.. would YOU feel good about driving it to North Florida?

I am not %100 sure where the oil leak is coming from but a guess ould maybe be the cam seal...but really no clue. MPG with the lift and tires is probably in the 17-20range since its carbed...if I end up keeping it will definately do a motor swap...and with the axle fixed id drive it to florida...but I am well aware of how it handles and everything. thanks for the bump...have had some offers on craigslist but no buyers yet :-/ really need this gone asap...If all else ill just stick it on ebay or part it out.
