OLS Posted July 2, 2004 Share Posted July 2, 2004 Check engine light is on if I start driving before the engine is warm on my 87 XT turbo. When it warms up, which is 5 lines on my electronic dashboard, check engine light goes off. ECM tells me to check coolant temperature sensor and solenoid. calebz Posted July 2, 2004 Share Posted July 2, 2004 On a normal MPFI intake, the cts is behindthe throttle body on just to the left(when standing in front of the car) I have gotten this code a few times, ans each time all I had to do to make it go away was clean the crud off th contacts.
