i used a drill press to do it, that made things pretty easy. i used a 9/16" bit (an uncommon size, so you'll have to look around for it; it took me 3 tries to find a place that sells them), and a 3/4" countersink to give it the bevel so the lugnuts get nice and tight. it was easy, and if i can do it, then anyone can!

indeed! the rims have been drilled, not the hubs (the rims were cheaper!). it gives the subie a more aggressive look. i put some 205/60/15's on it and they fit very nicely; they totally fill the wheelwells. i had to sledge the seam inside the front in order to get my full turn radius, just fyi for all thos diy'ers!
