How compatible are the Gen 1 Brat components with the EA-81 Wagons? I've got lots of wagon parts, and this Brat is definitely a fixer-upper, so it might be worth my while. ShawnW Posted September 25, 2003 Share Posted September 25, 2003 If it is an 81 GL Brat it would have an ea81 engine in it so that would get you a lot more than an 80 or earlier. The motor and trans COULD be moved if you are willing to fabricate a little bit and such, which you have proven to be good at doing with your Bugs.
