zukiru Posted June 11, 2008 Share Posted June 11, 2008 the system works by using the switch (button) to open a solenoid that lets vacuum move the lever on the transmission. the first thing I would check is the vacuum lines to that area! this has been covered a bit and a search will net you more info!
