Have to get the Obie up to speed for a tow trip
I can not find out the month my car was made in. I've never had a mechanic ask me about it in all the years I've had my car.
So, about the Pink Brat. I brought it back from Yuma, brought it straight to the "expert". Got it back and running this week. It's in amazing shape, inside and out. The only problem is that it's running a bit rough. Had the carb rebuilt and lots of things changed, plug wires, tune up stuff, etc. It idles fine and runs well at full throttle, but stumbles badly when taking off or after shifting. Anybody got a clue for me? I am going to try to post a photo if I can figure...
Drum dum dum, does anyone open these up?
hey guys i also have a ej22 with single port exhaust and was wondering if any of you would know where i could find the part number for those cylinder heads. i cant seem to find them / it anywhere. I picked up a 98 legacy with a 96 ej22 with bent valves for dirt cheep and i am looking to hunt down some good remanufactured and or new cylinder heads depending on the cost. What do you think would be my best value ?
So many cheap upgrades on CL... ;D
