Guest JwX
where do I get battery clamps for our soobs the same style as come for the factory? or does it even matter?
Guest ShawnW
Doesnt really matter you can get some at walmart, parts store, etc that do the same job. There are cool ones out there that are rubber on the top bracket that cut down on the corrosion on top of the battery in theory.
Guest tomrhere
As Shawn said, doesn't really matter. Just be sure that they are of good quality. And just for reference, I always carry a wormscrew type heaterhose clamp in my toolbox. Makes for a quick and easy fix for a broken/bad battery clamp. Atleast for the top post types. Just cut of the offending clamp, bare some wire, and clamp it to the post. Saved me a walk home a few times...........Tom
Guest JwX
do I have to replace these as pairs or can I just replace the pos one?
Guest ShawnW
Ok I didnt realize you weren't talking about the battery hold down bracket. Same answer as above I suppose but I tend to replace the cables instead of re-doing the end. The cables are usually like 5 bucks.
