gtsoobie
hi all I recently acquired two ej20 engines one turbo and one NA .. and one 1992 legacy wagon.. The NA has spat out the big end bearing on #1 and half the piston skirt with it..and the turbo ..well its missing a few bits.. knowing the compression ratio is lower for the turbo I need to know which bits I can interchange to make up a working NA engine.. the car it's going in had an NA in it so I dont want to F%$#% around converting it to turbo ( I already have a 92gt turbo 5 speed wagon) I am hoping the compression dif is in the heads, and not the pistons .. also is there any site which has info on engine tolerences?? I have the Haynes manual for a "Liberty" model (never heard of it in NZ!but the photo on the cover looks just like a legacy) and of all the 4 engines it covers it does not have my ej20DOHC.. Any help would be awesome cheers GWA
