Guest e3mt Posted June 16, 2003 Share Posted June 16, 2003 Picked up my 94 Legacy wagon on Friday. Nice car. Fiddling with the tilt steering wheel today. Now it won't lock in the "UP" position. Only locks with the wheel in my lap. I don't have any manuals for this car yet, so does anyone have an idea as to the fix. Guest Legacy777 Posted June 16, 2003 Share Posted June 16, 2003 There's a lever underneath the steering wheel that's used to "set" the height. The one on the side is used to move it all the way to the top position when getting in and out of the car. Also, here's a link to my owner's manual that I've scanned and put into pdf format.
