If you don't want to drill anything pick up 4 to 6 c-clamps (4" size should work fine) and clamp it in to the lip.
I am Picking up a Brat topper this week and wondering how you attach them to the bed? I don't want to drill anything...

The J hooks I bought for the topper I bought at first did not line up with the tie downs in the bed. I later got a gem top that had them with it. In the link you will see the J hooks I got at Lowes. They were over in the nuts and bolts section. They didn't work then so I took them back and used the tie down straps.

But, my high topper, does not have mounts over them for the front, and instead, they have mount tabs that run along the "BRAT" but on the inside, and for them, have to drill 2 holes in the sides for the hooks to go into.
