My sister has a 91 legacy sedan, and her passerger side door handle doesn't work unless you do some wrangling to it... the drivers' side door handle doesn't open from the outside if you lock it... essentially, what I'm asking is if it's possible to find replacements for these parts.

The dealer can probably still get OE parts. If not, call a bone yard.
You may get lucky and just find something disconnected or binding when you take off the door panel.

You might want to pop the door panels off and watch the mechanisms work as you pull up on the handles, etc. Lots of times you can see something has popped off or isn't tight enough.

Parts can be had, definately. Post a request in the marketplace here.

You can try this quick fix without buying a new part. I did this on all of my locks about 4 years ago and they are still working great with no problems.. Its real easy to do and will cost you nothing.

Good luck..Glen

Are you talking about the inner door handle...( Having to push the unlock button while opening the door? )

And the driver door lock not unlocking with the Key ( key just turns around and around without locking or unlocking? )

I have several outer handles and some extra out locks and i have several iner handles that i have repaird

I forwarded the link above to my sis, she is going to get her boyfriend to take a look at it. A 'free' solution sounds awesome.
