That bumper and hitch looks great!

Any photos from below looking up at it?

Well I've been driving around on the justy brakes for a few days now and I can't feel a difference at all, they seem to be working great!

Hopefully I can get a handle sorted out soon.

I'll get a pic of the underside of the hitch when the rain clears up

Picked up a toyota corolla handbrake assembly, looks like it should work great. Cutting a hole for it this weekend.

Moving to Vancouver BC in 2 days, got her all ready to go I think.

Decided to put cats in to make sure it passes smog, and she actually runs quite a bit smoother now. I think the twin 1 3/4" pipes were a bit too much. Needed a bit more restriction to keep exhaust velocity up.

Looks Great! I would like to make a larger gas tank fit somehow. Like 30 gallons.

I can't really think of any practical way to do that without lifting at least 6 inches, or putting a cell in the bed.

I have a wagon. 6 inch lift is plausible.

i believe someone on here put a small second tank under the carpet the carpet on one(i cant remember if there is a little spot that goes down in the back or not because im more into brats). but if it were a brat you could have a second tank up close to the cab under the bed.

There are two little cubby wholes that are below the carpet in the back of the wagon bed. One on either side, right behind the wheel wells. Might be able to fit a gallon in there.

I moved to Vancouver, BC at the beginning of the year, so I had to take the Brat through emissions testing.

I installed cats, and after discovering I had the wrong MAF I passed with flying colours, 0% CO and HC was 10x below the limit :D

The guy testing just stood at stared at the report for a minute before he handed it to me. I wasn't obliged to inform them that it had a swapped motor :P

I have pics of the alternator somewhere in this thread, it's a 185amp alternator from an ambulance.

Winch is mounted directly to the bumper
