Why? You DO know what an alarm clock is. Set it early and get your butt out of bed. It's no different than one of us coming down there. I guess it just means you need to decide how bad you want to run.

If you use the same timetable that we went by for WCSS5 you shouldn't have any problem making it there in time for the morning run.

i dont think they've determined run times per class

as they are unsure as to how many folks are gonna show up?!

heck, i didnt even hear word one about this

until someone posted a blurb on nasioc...

then i had to check and make sure it was indeed, true.

nothing like "no advertising" *laugh*

i'd just show up when you can... and take it from there...

unless they update the web site BEFORE the event?!?

see u guys there

It's kind of funny, I was over at Ed's house on Sunday, and we were talking about how little advance information goes out about these type of events. And then they wonder why no one shows up. Both Ed and I are waiting to be contacted about being volunteers at the upcoming rally, which is 3 weeks away. I have seen little in the way requests for volunteers, and when you do volunteer, you sit and wait for some feedback on what you'll be doing at the rally. Most times the best you'll get is a time and place to show up, and assignments are made then. If the people want participation, they need to let people know about it well enough ahead of time so that people can make plans to be there.

This seems like a perfect chance for me to get some experience - never done any racing. Would folks hate me if I um.... Suck? (Matt - you are excluded) Either way - I might try and make it in a wagon, and if that doesn't happen - you'll get a great laugh when I take my mom's (I even got the 'ok'!) 4th gen nova with "GRRRR" straight 6! Any tips? (can email or PM them if you dont want to junk up this post)

It's posted at the link Subie Gal posted:

All entries need to pass tech prior to going on course.

Tech Times:

8:00 am (Production, Production GT, Group 2)

12:00 noon (Group 5, Open, Truck/SUV)

Sessions:

9:00 AM (Production, Production GT, Group 2)

1:00 PM (Group 5, Open, Truck/SUV)

The number of runs will depend on how many attend.

We need all those entering to also work the course or other areas.

If your group is selected to run in the morning you will need to work the afternoon schedule.

Fun runs will happen depending on time finished and daylight available.

Those staying for "fun runs" are to help clean up.
