My 95 Legacy has cold A/C, vent temp 45F, 26/215 pressures. At initial startup it always works, but when I shut the car then turn A/C on, it sometimes won't kick on; if I turn the button or switch off and on several times, it usually kicks in. I've swapped relays, to no avail--ideas?? Thanks.

Check the fitment of the relay in the socket. Our 2000 OBK had the same issue and it wound up being a bad connection in the relay socket. I spread the pins on the relay and haven't had any issues since.
