You get used to it pretty quick...

Sadly, between surfing Craigslist, USMB and RPG games.. Id say I spend about 10-12 hours per day on the internet...

When I get the 84 Wagon, Ill definitely spend more time with my nose in my Haynes guide and more time on USMB and less on my RPG game (good thing I can sell the character haha)

Hey Hey Hey! I am out in the sticks, about 3ish miles south of Holy Hill.

I sure am glad I happened upon that "Fox character" very early in my Subaru search, or I would not be here now. Don't feel bad, I'm sure there is more than one "Genius" in S.E. WI :grin::grin:

Yeah Fox is damn good with Subarus, if you hang out with him enough - you'll gain his knowledge, I know I've gained alot from him plus reading so much on here.

Scott, Fox, and I are a good group of folks. Hope you can swing by sometime. I'm out joy riding in your neck of the woods alot anyhow :)

O.K.! So, this "Scott" fellow is the man I need to know?? You know I gotta appreciate anyone with "BEER" in their name. Does Scott go to these "meets" I've been hearing about?

MilesFox is one of the guys you'd want to know along with Scott and I. Fox has torn down Subarus and rebuilt them for years - and really, Subarus are very easy, I've taken the entire front suspension out of my Loyale wagon once along with endless other things lol.

MilesFox hosts the meets pretty much, and I'm always good for meeting up and day of the week and giving pointers and such.

Fox, Scott, Desmond Jones, and I are pretty much the Subaru guys of SE WI (We are not the Impreza crowed who are all about bling bling blah blah) Haha.

LOL. its documented on Youtube (series called "Art of Subaru Maintenance")

Same here Re: beer. Re: posting pics, I am not computer literate, this is about all I can do, I wish I could figure out how to do the "quotes" with just parts of a post instead of all of it. So, I guess you'll just have to wait and see it in person, might have to wait a couple weeks for a weekend meet. I'm done with work by 3pm most weekdays, if anyone gets together during the week, let me know. -Kara

I can give you some tips on posting and posting pictures.

To post Pictures:

If you go to Photobucket.com and open a free account, you can then make an photo album, upload the picture file off ur PC (Where ever you saved them) then once you upload them, you will see on the side of your image there are some link codes, the last link code is called "IMG" copy that IMG code and post it into where you type on here. Let me know if I need to explain more (I'm happy to)

To Quote sections of Posts:

At the bottom of any post there is a "Quote button" click that and it will open a text window with all the text in it, then whatever you do not want, just erase it. at the beginning and end of the quoted text you will see a small code that looks like this "[ QUOTE ]" and this "[ /QUOTE ]" Don't erase either of these or the quote won't happen (It'll just show normal text)

So if your gonna quote something and want to type above or below the quoted text, just write your text before this "[ QUOTE ]" OR after this "[ /QUOTE ]" - notice the end quote has a "/" backslash.

PM me or post in here if you want me to talk more about this Haha. I wasn't really too savvy with this online or computer stuff, but after years of getting into it (Due to USMB and Other Car fourms) I have gained sooo much outta this!

One rule on here, Don't Be Afraid To Ask For Help. Thats what this place is for and thats why we are all here.

Also, yeah I'm pretty much free any day of the week untill about 4-5pm. I always free on Weekends - do you have any plans this weekend? I'd be able to meet up if ur free.

-Tom

The write up WAS nice, unfortunately I must be mentally challenged because I'm unable to follow written directions, "uploading" pics- wasn't gonna happen,:slobber: but I at least attempted the quote thing, I think I screwed that up too- so here I am.

I have a "Family thing" this Sat. and a "work thing" this Sun., next weekend I got a "thing" Sat. too, and probably recovering from that "thing" Sun..

Kinda how my whole summer has been, my main Ride dies, pull out the "collector car", tranny goes; borrow ride, brakes go; buy another "collector", tranny???? (I'll find out when I change the filter) Buy Subaru. I sure hope my luck is changin' I'm sick of this sh** Summer's almost gone, I haven't enjoyed it yet-:eek::-\:slobber:
