New Toy

So I picked up another new toy last week. I was planning on using it for parts, but I think I'll drive it for a while and see.

Details:

1976 Scout II
IH 345 V8 engine
TF727 Auto trans
Sprung over w/ bald 35" swampers

The bad news is that it's open/open and has 3.54 gears. = poop. I'm trying decide if I want to re-gear and lock the dana 44's that are in it, or save my money to buy the front d60 I need for the yellow scout. My original plan was to use the 345 and the 727 trans from this one and swap it into the yellow one and then sell the sprung over dana 44's for extra money for the new axle. But we'll see, i should wheel it a bit to get used to how its going to be.
