I need some new brake pads and want better rotors for my impreza 2.5i...any thoughts? Would like something middle of the road since I do drive it hard....thanks!

google Primitive Racing in Tigard, OR. Paul has been excellent in suggesting brake pads for my Impreza for added stopping power without gouging the rotors or fading too soon. Maybe he has a "middle of the road" improvement for your rotors.

Hawk HPS or similar
They have good initial bite, great resistance to fading, but they do dust a little more than stock.
Upgrade your brake fluid while at it. Motul, Super blue or similar.
