Update:

So I've got the Legacy seats installed & all the interior painted, but not put back together yet 'cause I still have to swap out transmissions.

I have been working on the rear end though. Swapping out the open diff for an LSD one, replacing the drum brakes with disk brakes. While doing this I discovered that the driver's side rear wheel bearing was toast so I've got to put a new set in. Also I had a lot of trouble removing the pin from the outer end of the axle. So I'm working on removing that too. Then I'm going to rebuild the axle. After I get all of that back together I'll replace the transmission then get the interior put back together and finally paint those beautiful bumpers and skid plate.

Here are a few photos of my current progress:

Just so you know the punch is stuck.

Sorry, I should have said drift PIN punch.

I do not have any true drift punches. I find them useless, and yes, they would become stuck too.

All of my drift punches are technically drift pin punches. No taper, at all.
