Well it's a brat or brumby from a market other then the US. The km/h speedo gives that away also the phone number on the door.

assuming that the plate is either japan or europe, and that you didn't take the picture yourself, where did you find that, thats real neat.

I took the picture my self....there were many STi's laying around near it....rally tires all over the place, a Group N WRX...and a pair of STi's undergoing tranformation to Group N'ism....now what other SUBARU dealer would so that??
Not to mention...D/R EJ AWD trans, the new 2004 (2005 here) legacys...it was a dream world.
Edit: Oh btw...this was when i was over in Germany over the holidays...ive just now remembered what I was going to do with the pics when i got back here....LOL
