im looking at some silverstone S55 rally tires that are sizes for 14" wheels. do you guys think i should go for steel wheels or alloys? also, did peugeot ever make an NON full size spare? thanks for your time!

If you are going to be 4bying, get steels.

 

and to my knowledge, there are no pug donut spares in our bolt pattern. I believe the some of the 405s had a donut spare, but thats a different lug pattern

They did make a donut spare but it only came with subaru xt's as far as i know because thats the only one i've ever seen. And it is the crazy bolt pattern.

Why do u want the skinny little donut winter rally tires? Just wondering???:lol: I can't imagine ur gonna be slidin sideways in the snow for such competition that u will need those tires.

steel seems better for 4X4 style driving ,alloys are so hard they crack instead of bending.Alloy will be about 4 or 5 pound lighter per wheel.Saving weight on wheels will improve acceleration,braking and suspention response.I use wide alloys for summer and skinny steels for my studed tires.
