Although i dont belive in keying someones car. its not the cars fault the owner is an idiot.. Slashing tires is better. Get rid of the stripes, stickers, "euro" lights, sick-on air scoops, turn the air deflector back down the way its supposed to be, and put the stock 8 spokes back on. Then it may look decent. Back in the 80s, 13" where pretty popular, and so where Baja style cars which ran such small tires. BFG and all tire manufactures used to make awesome tires for 13" rims.
