Just dug up this pic that seems to be the only one I have of my old 81 wagon. With XT bumper.

And has anyone ever seen this body kit? It's seems to work on a gen 2.

Side skirt.

Front skirt.

Rear skirt.

Very interesting.... :brow:
Do you think it was made aftermarket for gen2's or for something else?

Idk. It's not a factory kit, but it was apparently an aftermarket option thru a dealership. It's lines up pretty good on my Brat but it could be for a Loyale. I don't have a loyale to try it on.

Any other pics of that XT bumper on the GL. It looks like a nice fit, but I bet it was wider?

It actually fit perfect. Unfortunately that is the only pic I seem to have of it. That was back in like 97 before everyone had a camera on them all the time. Lol.

Lets see the rest of it on there! :headbang:
The side kit seems to line up perfectly. The front kinda looks like the 3rd gen rx chin kit, but the back one looks way different than the rx one.

I've been itching to do it to another car. I suppose I could do it to the Brat with the side and rear skirts. It would certainly be different.

Do you Remember the Special EA81 RX coupe with Factory Twin Weber Carbs and dual port Heads, that Subaru used to Run in the Safari Rally, in the Early 1980's decade?

Posted Image

Posted Image

Posted Image

Some of them were Left by Subaru in New Zealand then...

Posted Image

Posted Image

Posted Image

But Now one of those Twin Weber Safari Rally Coupe, that never was used in the Race, has sowed up for Sale!

Posted Image

The price is Not in US Dollars, I believe it is in the New Zealand currency.

Kind Regards.
