earthquakebase Posted November 30, 2011 Share Posted November 30, 2011 the fwd gbox getting pretty noisy so im gonna change the oil and maybe add something to it not sure what, n try make it last as long as possible. everyone here seems to use gl5 80w/90. i remember hearing from people that there is sulphur in gl5 oil and this can damages the brass syncros in a gearbox. dunno if this is a myth and im not tryna say anyone is wrong just asking a question Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
