Turns out that was the correct Isuzu TOB (85 4-cyl), but you don't just use that alone,
YOU ACTUALLY MAKE AN ENTIRELY 1-OFF TOB USING PARTS FROM THE NEW ISUZU BEARING AND BRACKET FROM THE OLD 5-SPEED TOB.

 

 

Hmmm..... The ones I've got have had the inner piece in place already.

 

Should be fine to use the EA82 mounting hub (plastic piece) that's how they all are.
