Goble dude! Nice looking hunk of steel you've got there. If you need any little scrap pieces let me know. I've got a pile of the stuff collecting in the corner of my garage that I'd love to see get put to use! Always down to lend a hand wrenching with a fellow USMB'r too!

cut the angles on the ends and got these shackles for free:cool: just getting the vision in my head i think they might be a little big though

Those are a good size, You want something that'll take abuse. The scale of those look pretty close to whats on mine.

From a rigging stand point, ONE of those shackles is enough to LIFT that car.

yeah im not sure if i want to go with these shackles or go and get some D-rings kinda like your sjr bumper

yeah they are pretty hefty but you cant beat free lol:cool:

I like the shackles better than D-rings, as they can be easily replaced.

but this is what i came up with i still need to figure out the shackle points i think i may just get bolt on ones but right now im pretty happy with it and its pretty tough:cool:
