The Scooby Posted March 25, 2004 Share Posted March 25, 2004 i was wonderinf, my lifter tap started out about 2 weeks after i got her, around X-mas, and tonight after i finished puttin in my accel coil it was extremely loud, it kinda goes away whent he RPM's go up, but at idle its loud as heck. how much longer do you think i can drive with it sounding like this? im broke and need to redo the oil pump and/or replace the oil pump. lifter tapping Thanks for any help, Shean Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
