Did your motor just die too? Haha, mines also about shot and I'm currently debating EA82 replacement versus doing a Ej22 swap.

Obviously it's a conspiracy. Engines go on sale- ours die.....

EDIT: In all seriousness though, I am actually getting very frustrated with my GLs engine. Could you guys recommend a good outfit to do an engine swap or replacement? I ask because am in an apartment these days and swapping it myself would be an issue.

Texas is not exactly a Subaru haven. Sorry, but I don't know any Subaru shops down there. (We do swaps if you want to come this far: some people do!) :burnout:
