If they cross even one blurry line their job is on the line. Its not always the cops fault and the thieves certainly out number them by a lot.

My car was stolen in Portland about 2-3 weeks ago now. Radio was removed. Was found 4-5 hours later.

Glad to hear you got your car back. Sucks about the tools though. Keep a watch out on Craigslist. Those fudgers will get what's coming to them.
