EJ25 rebuilt?

Alright guys, I have been doing alot of work on my sti lately and just about a month ago it threw a rod bearing, now I have to rebuild the motor bottom up. So I guess what I am asking os for any tips or advice or if I am missing anything to let me know. I figure if the motors tore down that far might as well put some decent parts in it and do it right. Also i plan on putting a stroker kit in and boreing it over.

I'd install a Killer B oil pickup tube, might consider a windage tray. DEFINITELY closely inspect your pickup tube. (dunno what year your sti is though)

I didn't dig around at the links, but, are you deleting the tumble generator valves?

you should definitely consider digging around at NASIOC

that's about all I can offer.
