So let me get this right. There are only three ports on the intake post-maf. 1 for IAC, and 1 for each valve cover. Then the pcv connects directly to the crankcase breather port?

No.

 

There technically should be 4 ports.  But 2 of them are on a post, that "T" toghether, then go into the actual snorkus into the middle of the 3 ports.  The "T" is on a mounted post right on the bottom behind the Throttle body.  IF that "T" is gone, replace it.....run both hose from the Valve cover to it.  3rd side into the small port in the middle of the snorkus.

 

The big crank vent should "T" into a, along with a line from the other small port, nearest the throttle.  3rd side of that "T" goes to the PCV valve.

yikes as close to stock as posible seems to work best i try to modigy as little as i can to get the best results anything wire harness related on itake should be conected this efi is very sensitive

Is this routed correctly? Pcv to a T on the Crankcase breather. Crankcase breather to a T on driver side valve cover breather. I know it is shoddy. I tossed it together with parts I had lying around.
