lug plate on rotor EA81. remove or not

Going to take the rotors on my '85 brat to be turned. do i need to remove the plate holding the lugs off of the rotor or not. Figured it would be easier to do while on the car.

Sounds like you are referring to the hubs, and yes you will want to remove those before taking the rotors in to be turned.
