4" Strut Extension?

What needs to be changed when installing a front end lift and leaving the rear stock?  Thanks

Well you would need to install 4" strut lift blocks, and 2 or 4" Crossmember/Transmission lift blocks and extend the steering shaft.  But why leave the rear stock?
