I have a harness for a Gen1 EJ2.2  auto  and cant identify   the white wire on the yellow ECU plug  F47 pin #18

 

need help please

white - select monitor i dont use it  on ej swaps into bugs

pin 18 on connector F47 - white wire, does indeed go to the select monitor connector (B51 - pin 7) on the 1st gen - per 1990 FSM (91 should be the same)

Subaru's proprietary OBD I system.  For hooking up scanner at dealership pre-obd-II
