Numbchux Posted April 26, 2004 Share Posted April 26, 2004 my Gl is running way to rich, and as a result, hesitates on acceleration, and dies unless you're foot is on the gas (fixed that by adjusting throttle cable, but i think that was just the easy fix), is there an easy adjustment for the mixture? Hondasucks Posted April 26, 2004 Share Posted April 26, 2004 yeah check your choke, make sure the vacuum solenoid that pulls the choke open is working & is receiving vacuum, otherwise it will get bad mileage. Also, you could have a leaking accelerator pump or a leaking float valve, or a stuck float or somethign to that effect that is giving it too much fuel.
