No, but I have been looking into new places to go...

All the spots my family has been going to have been developed, or are being developed.

I think you can still get into the ones in The Colony, but it is what it is.

These "parks" take a lot of the fun out of what we called off-roading when I was a kid.

Those parks are the ONLY thing keeping offroading alive!

Please don't go into what you did as a kid. It was most likely illegal to be where you were, and it gives bad press for the liberals to use.

I grew up in Texas, and did a lot of offroading myself there. But we had public land to do it on.

cheers

I understand, and completely agree. It sucks living in the city sometimes.

There was a public place in Ferris we used to go when everyone was rolling Sammys.

I haven't seen trails in over year... I'm itching to get out again. Neither Brat is off-road ready, yet.

And no license  :P

Level 2 involves mostly smooth hill climbs and rutted out trails, the last video was all level 1 and 2.

Level 3 has sharp rocks and boulders, moving rocks that slide out from underneath, and rocky hill climbs. In the level 3 video I stopped right after going up the hill in the end because my rocker was resting on a large boulder. I had to back up and place another rock under my left rear tire in order to climb over that boulder.

Those rock crawlers were doing a level 4 climb that looks like a rock staircase.

I want to see some Level 4 action this time, even if you don't take the Forester on it.  Just want to see how it compares to what we have here.

I would say upper 311 at EC would probally be  4.5 or 5 on that scale.

a level 2 down there I would no problems driving a 2wd car over it.
