'93 Loyale & '82 Brat in CO

I have been into subaru for a while.  My first was an '02 WRX.66_507193658119_7378_n.jpg

  I totaled it and got an '85 GL wagon (no photo).  I then upgraded to my current '93 Loyale which is my daily driver.  1497607_10100148785170559_1774584946_n.j
Most recently I got a BRAT for a project. 1465292_10100125630552599_1484422966_n.j






The BRAT is a rust bucket but runs well, has only 157k on it and will be fun as a wheeler/ranch rig.  I took a box of rivets and a stack of old license plates to the rusted out wheel well.  I have plans for the rest of the rig but time and money are short.  I will post as progress is made.  In the mean time, a few questions:


--Do these lug nuts: Here work for the peugeot 4x140 wheels? I'm considering buying some

Those lugs look like they'd work to me, and they're marked as 60 degrees. Wait till someone else chimes in, though.


They don't have the swivel base on them, but I don't think that really matters too much. I'm also not a fan of open ended lugs. But regardless, It would be really sweet to have a source for those. They're pretty hard to find otherwise.

You will need the ball seat lug nuts if they're the peugeot aluminium rims not he cone lug nuts that you have shown because they carve out the rim when you put them on plus potentialy the wheels might come off down the road (has actually happened to some people on here). There is also the option of lug nut adaptors it cost about $16 for a set that converts from ball seat to cone seat. If they're the steel rims you can just use the ones you got and save some money. You could also get a set of 14 inch six lug rims and drill 2 more holes in each rim if you dont want to convert to 6 lug hubs.

I did some suspension upgrades today, front struts and top hats.  The Gerber struts I got have proven to be shitty from out of the box.  I had to grind the bottom perches in order to get them to fit over the strut.  I am confused about the bottom mounting plates too, they seem to have some bolts that allow for ride adjustment.  I've read a bit on here and have never heard of this, it was almost too good to be true, made me wonder why people dont talk about this option.

Got some 'new' Peugeot wheels!  14" alloys from Craigslist.  The tires that came on it are deffinately not cut out for the winter but I had to see what she'd look like and I think I like :D

I used these washers from Moore Parts Hopefully they work, I haven't been able to find any stock Pug lugs but am still looking.  In the mean time, if anyone has experience, good or bad, with these washers let me know!
