shortlid Posted January 4, 2014 Share Posted January 4, 2014 OK,so I use my '03 Legacy GT sedan as my foul weather transportation. I use to have a '99 and then a '01 SAAB 9-5 that has a rear fog lights that were great keeping in attentive drivers from rear ending you in heavy rain, heavy snow or well FOG. I know UK requires them on there vehicles. So if Subaru's are sold in the UK and other places in Europe it would have to be equiped with rear fog lights. upnorthguy Posted January 4, 2014 Share Posted January 4, 2014 Something to keep in mind/investigate: most states require that the only lights on the rear of a car be red in color when in operation (except for reverse lights, of course, which turn off when you are done reversing).
