can sloppy door hinges be fixed?

the top door hinge on my 81 brat is worn out and I cant find a new one but I know auto zone sales repaie kits but will they work in a Brat hinge? Has anyone done this fix before or know of a source to get new ones?

Can use a kit if you redrill the holes for pin bushings
