Curious if anyone here has installed a turbo on a ea71 brat??
if so, what kind of turbo kit is needed?

Just doing a little research it looks like it could be a major pain to install turbo on a carbed car?  is this correct?

Also, any other ideas for HP gains?

research how to turbo a carbed car. Then come back and ask educated questions. The factory EA81 turbos were fuel injected.Read that as SUBARU thought it was easier to design and implement fuel injection then deal with the reliability issues of turboing carbed engines.Another problem is the headgaskets can't take much boost, then the rods let go,then ...
