Well guys I’ve started building lift kits. All my kits are reinforced and
built stronger than they need to be, providing a safe and reliable means of
lifting your Subaru. I’m keeping the cost as low as possible to make my
customers happy and see them wheeling there Subaru’s!

Little bit about myself, I have an AA in Architecture, AA in Mechanical Engineering,
my year certificate in machining and almost done with my bachelor’s degree in
Architecture. I being working/loving on Subaru’s for over 6 years. Been working
under one of the best Subaru mechanics, non-other than GD for over 2 year.

On to the Lift Kits! This is what i have currently,

I will warranty all my kits and parts them self, as i feel i will never have to, due to the over kill of strength.

All hardware is included

Kits will take up to a week to fabricate, depending on what i have on hand.

And yes this is my original design and my fabrication.

LIFT SPECS:
All hardware is grade 8 strandard, all metric bolts are 10.9 grade.
Top and Bottem hats on the front lift blocks are 3/16" steel, sandwiching 1/4" tube walls.
Rear brackets are 1/4" steel with 1/4" gussets.
All subframe blocks are 1/4" thickness.
When any lift kit is purchased, installation instructions in PDF, along with your Invoice, are included.

Have any plans of making gen2 stuff? I know people lift brats and other gen2 cars all the time.

I wouldn't mind having the blocks for the rear of my brat. Right now I have the front struts topped and the crossmembers lowered, but the rear just has the torsion bar cranked.

EDIT: Oops. I just saw post #3. Please disregard.

I was the first to order a lift I got the two inch lift with the subframe drop that is pictured above. It was shipped two days ago on Wednesday and I received it already today. Very good quality! Patrick even labeled everything from the blocks to the hardware and wrote up instructions to do it so if you're a newbie like me it really helps! Lift will be on my GL soon just need to get some wheels and tires first. Pictures will be coming soon!

Thats the plan! But better, i want to make the ea81's able to run ea82 axels and from crossmember with offset blocks. This will increase the axles streangth over the ea81s. Are you looking for a 6 or 8" lift bud?

Any plans on making full 6 or 8 inch kits for ea81's?

Glad to hear it!! Looking forward to seeing it!!

Would you be willing to make a .75" front/1" rear EJ kit out of HDPE? Enough material for front and back can be had from Amazon for like $40. I don't know what you want to charge for your time, but I have to imagine that it would be way faster than steel. The material cuts like butter.

I'd buy 2 if the price is right. I was goingto make my own becasue everyone's steel kits are out of my price range (read: my wife's price range) and I can make it with the band saw, hole saw, and drill press. But I'd be happy to save the effort and time and buy the kits if I can afford them.

I would but HDPE isn't strong enough for this application in my eyes. I've seen HDPE spacers and I'm not impressed by putting plastic spacer on my strut. Primitive sells the HDPE spacers and they charge 209$. My EJ spacers are threaded through the holes so you bolt the block to the top of the strut then bolt it to the frame. The HDPE spacers I saw have bolts imbedded in them. So the options for that are use a bolt and drill the hole large so it slides through or imbed a nut in there.

And my spacers are Cnc laser cut for percussion.

Mine won't melt if your car catches on fire ;) haha. Why pay more for less? I can guarantee you won't ever destroy them like you could HDPE.

Patrick, we should get together one of these days as I have a few ideas for performance stuff for EA82s and XTs including a new bell housing to bolt an EJ transmission to an EA/ER engine. My father in law lives out past Sandy and my wife and I head out there every couple weeks so it wouldn't be hard for me to stop by.
