Alex C Posted May 21, 2004 Share Posted May 21, 2004 I have a problem with both of my front seats, the outside rear spot where the seats bolts to the frame(of the car) is broken. I think the body needs to be built up and solidified. Also how much is it in materials to scratchbuild a new Y-pipe (1.75 tubing) minus the cat? and do I need to leave in the O2 sensor? As for the Pipe, if you go around to some of the muffler shops they will sell you a 5 foot stick for like 10 bucks, and then have them put two 180 bends in each end of it, they will charge for the bends also, vary's per shop. So you can figure like 15-30 for the materials to build it. Not sure if we've met before or not, I usually sent out a pm to new people to the board from the Rogue Valley. I think I might be able to afford this. How much would the torch usage cost from you guys? No I never got any meet or greats other than from matt and mike (But I do know those two). I cant make any trips for two reasons. I work saturdays and my tranny is on the verge of death, works around town but if you heard it youd know it wont hold up for much heavy duty stress. You should know though I have about 100-200 lbs of tools in my trunk and the normal 50 lbs of crap in the back seat, plus I have added heavier wheels, and then of course im 220 lbs.
