tincan
The 'ol tincan burnt through both of these recently, and I vaguely remember something about thicker diameter versions of their OE Replacements being sold out there. I'd like to narrow those down, if they still exist, but I don't know what exactly I'm looking for. Any help will be appreciated, as usual. Prwa101
Haven't seen anyone try Heri Automotives after market axels yet. I'm running there Forester heavy duty axels and haven't had a problem so far. About a year onthem. Advanced automotive on line had them for just about every Subaru b
opus
I've never had any brand axle fail, only the boots.
l75eya
The 25 spline turbo axle shafts are thicker than their naturally aspirated counter parts, but you'd have to figure a way to get them on a naturally aspirated car.
Prwa101
youd have to swap out the stubs in the tranns... Not worth it lol.
Subasaurus
ive never had any issues with the CV axles themselves, usually when one goes out, i look at the boots and they've always been torn, now with one exception with a remanufactured one i got was wobbly as hell on the highway, talk about dangerous, but keep those cv axles greased up!
