Suba_GL_87 Posted April 20, 2015 Share Posted April 20, 2015 Why fuel pump was on for 3 secs and then off.. When I turn key on and fuel pump was buzz and stop for 3 secs. i was replaced ele. Fuel pump than carb pump. Everything is good running when I put starting fluid. 87 Subaru gl ea82 carb manual. Came in ej22 from Legacy 91' manual.
