Dealer Service Dept ERA Technician Dispatching Software cheat sheet?

I am a newly hired Tech at a car dealer. The guys in the shop are having trouble teaching me how to use the cryptic "command line" version of the ERA Technician Dispatching Software in the service department. Can anyone please point me to an online user guide or cheat sheet for the command line code, such as MO = Mileage Out, E-Enter, F-Enter to finish, W6 to work on line number 6, etc. I can repair cars no problem. but this is driving me nuts without any help.

Thanks for any assitance that you can offer, I'll owe you a beer, pizza, you name it ;)  I have a feeling that most new car dealers use the same type of DMS (Dealership Management Software) program, and it's about to upgrade to ERA-Ignite just after I learn this ;)

Hi Jeff,

I never heard of that software but I think this is their website:

http://www.reyrey.com/support/training/Reynet_training.asp

Might want to try contacting them about such a command cheat sheet. Also might want to ask if there is a help screen in the software you can send to the printer.

There is a general support number you can call: 800.767.0080
