Jacks Posted June 15, 2015 Share Posted June 15, 2015 (edited) My sons 'suby' friends say forester springs and struts will fit his car. He got them on the front. I cannot get them to fit in back. The spring hits the inner fender which stops it from being bolted in on top. Maybe if we pulled the hub assembly off, bolted it in and then tried to put the hub back on? That is way too much work for me. Anyone have experience with this swap? Help please. I want my garage back. 86 Wonder Wedge Posted June 15, 2015 Share Posted June 15, 2015 IIRC, the '91 has/requires tapered spring where the forester is not..? I've seen people use the 2.5RS springs on all 4 corners.
