Leeroy Posted October 8, 2015 Share Posted October 8, 2015 Well... No, an EA81 will not bolt right up if you have an early EA71 with a top mount starter/gearbox. Kyle691 Posted October 9, 2015 Share Posted October 9, 2015 Leeroy is correct about the ea81 not mounting to the top Mount starter transmission. I just did this swap over the weekend and had to use the ea81 transmission because they do not line up.
